DEFEBA
DEFEBA GmbH & Co.KG was founded in 1967 as „Decken- und Fertigteil-Baugesellschaft mbH & Co. KG“ and is a medium-sized company with around 120 employees headquartered in Schalkholz.
The range of products manufactured extends to static components made of concrete and ferroconcrete, e.g. ceiling and wall elements, jambs, balconies, stairs and pillars. We also produce ceilings using the wood-concrete composite method (WCCC).
Beyond delivery, we also offer our services as assembly, including installation, concrete topping, etc. We create statics and take over the approval planning for all construction projects. Our customer group ranges from private customers to large construction companies in the greater Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg area.

OUR PRODUCT RANGE
Across our three production sites in Schalkholz, Dägeling and Lürschau, we produce element ceilings, wooden wall elements, stairs, balconies and a wide portfolio of special parts for your building projects.
Our precast ceilings consist of 5-7 cm thick prefabricated panels and are already fully reinforced.
The precast cavity wall consist of two reinforced concrete shells approx. 6-8 cm thick. These are connected to each other by lattice girders.
Wood “kisses” concrete - innovation, path-breaking symbiosis of wood and concrete. The advantages of both building materials are fully exploited here.
We produce all types of stairs: straight, quarter-turn spiral, half-turn spiral or full spiral stairs, with or without a landing platform.
Design requirements in terms of form and function as well as static and building are taken in consideration for our balconies.
“LEP” means our liability by producing the highest possible quality. As well taking minimal emissions for people and the environment into consideration.

OUR SERVICES
In addition to the delivery of our precast concrete parts, we also offer our installation services. If desired, we can also take over the static structural planning of your building project, as well as the creation of complete solutions in the area of static calculations and static redesigns.

In addition to pick-up, we also offer the option of delivery, delivery with a crane, and the organization of delivering cast in place concrete. We also offer complete solutions including installation.
