Your tasks:
- Preparation of technical drawings and working plans for Element ceilings, cavity walls and special parts
- Independent processing of projects in close coordination with structural engineers, project managers and production
- Implementation of customer-specific requirements in the CAD system
Your profile:
- Completed training as a draftsman (m/f/d), alternatively technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in prefabricated construction or interest in learning more about this field
- Confident use of CAD software (ideally Strakon or similar is an advantage)
- Technical understanding and precise, structured working methods
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative
- Studies in civil engineering, architecture, or similar are also welcome.

Your tasks:
- Manufacture and installation of reinforcement according to technical drawings

We are offering training positions as concrete construction worker incl. steel fixing (m/w/d) for 2026.
Your tasks:
- You will produce ceilings, walls, stairs, balconies and many other prefabricated concrete elements
- Production of wooden joints and formwork is also part of your area of responsibility
- You will learn how to read and implement construction plans, drawings and formwork plans
- You will learn the characteristics of concrete with different degrees of tightness
- You also ensure the stability of the concrete parts by braiding reinforcements from steel bars and steel mesh
- As an important part of our team you will learn work proceeding and organization of a construction site
Your profile:
- You have at least the first general education certificate
- You have mechanical skills, technical understanding and spatial sense
- You are physically fit and enjoy exhausting yourself
